Each member will get 3/4 of the box. To get this, set the problem as 3/1 divided by 4/1. To solve the problem, switch the 4/1 by it's reciprocal, or 1/4. Then, you multiply fractions normally. 3 times 1 equals 3. 4 times 1 equals 4. The answer would be 3/4. In decimals, it would be equal to 0.75 of the box.
