Solve the equation 8-6m=4m + 48

-6m = 4m + 40
-10m = 40
m = -4

First you add 6m to both sides and get :
8 = 10m +48
Then subtract 48 from both sides to get:
-40 = 10m
Divide both sides by 10 and get:
-4 = m
Your answer is m = -4
