41-2n= -5(2n - 8)

41-2n= -10n + 40 (open brackets)

take -2n to other side and bring 40 in its place. (change of signs take place when bringing to other side of the equation)

41-40= -10n+2n

1= -8n

n= -1/8 (standard form)
