The equation of a circle:

[tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex]

(h, k) - a coordinates of the center

r - a radius

We have:

[tex](0,\ 1)\to h=0;\ k=1\\r=10[/tex]

substitute:

[tex](x-0)^2+(y-1)^2=10^2\\\\x^2+(y-1)^2=100[/tex]

Answer: a. x^2 + (y-1)^2 = 100
