Point-slope form is
y-y1 = m(x-x1).

1) Because we have y1= -3, so x1 = 6. (We are using point (6,- 3))
y-(-3) = m(x - 6)

2) Now we need to find the slope m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m= (0-(-3))/(1-6) = 3/(-5) = -3/5

[tex]y-(-3)= - \frac{3}{5} (x-6) [/tex]
