(-2, 1) would also fall on the line.

In order to find this, we need to find the slope intercept form of the line. So we'll use the slope and the ordered pair to find the intercept.

y = mx + b
3 = 2(-1) + b
3 = -2 + b
5 = b

Therefore, the equation is y = 2x + 5. Then we can put any number in for x to get our y value. I chose -2:

y = 2(-2) + 5
y = -4 + 5
y = 1
