we know that

I Quadrant -----> for angles between 0 degrees and 90 degrees
II Quadrant-----> for angles between 90 degrees and 180 degrees
III Quadrant-----> for angles between 180 degrees and 270 degrees
iV Quadrant-----> for angles between 270 degrees and 360 degrees

therefore

314 degrees belong to the IV quadrant
