The rocket is traveling at 4.9 miles per second, which is the same as 17,640
miles per hour, because 4.9*60*60=17,640

Now convert 17,640 MPH to KPH
The rocket is traveling 28,328.8 Kilometers per Hour
Hope this Helps!!
