Every State defines a "Crime" or "Public Offense" as associate degree act committed or omitted in violation of a law forbidding or commanding it which might be penalized upon conviction with either death, imprisonment, fine, removal from workplace or disqualification to carry any workplace of honor, trust or earnings in the Golden State.
