We are given:

[tex]p= \frac{8}{v} [/tex]

and we are to find the value of v when p = 4. Using this value in above equation, we can write:

[tex]4= \frac{8}{v} \\ \\ 4v=8 \\ \\ v= \frac{8}{4} \\ \\ v=2 [/tex]

So, for p=4 the value of v will be 2. 
Thus option C is the correct answer

 Clearing v we have:
 v = 8 / p
 Substituting the value of p = 4 we have:
 v = 8/4
