I believe the answer is alcohol consumption. Long term effects of acohol consumption is capable of damaging nearly every organ and system in the body and cause severe detrimental effects like chronic pancreatitis, liver disease and cancer. Also alcohol consumption in moderation do have anti-inflammatory effects.
